Alex Shipon is an associate at Capricorn Retail Advisors focused on tenant representation for fitness, experiential, and retail brands. His practice centers on identifying and securing locations that support long-term brand growth nationwide. Prior to joining Capricorn, Alex worked in national tenant representation at Green Owl Real Estate and served as an International Marketing Consultant Intern at Out2Bound, where he advised on U.S. market entry strategy.

He graduated magna cum laude from Babson College with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and completed Cornell University’s Real Estate Development Certificate Program.
