Retail State of Mind.

Megan Lynch is a Client Development Specialist at Capricorn Retail Advisors, where she supports the firm’s retail advisory and brokerage efforts through outreach, market research, and relationship building with retail brands nationwide.

Prior to joining Capricorn, Megan gained experience across people operations, recruiting, and sports business, including work with an NFL organization. She graduated from Dartmouth College in 2024, where she was a member of the Women’s Varsity Lacrosse team. Following graduation, Megan spent time living and working in Melbourne, Australia, where she played and coached lacrosse while gaining international leadership experience.
