Peter Framson brings over 20 years of hands-on experience in retail real estate, with a reputation for clear-eyed strategy, creative dealmaking, and long-standing relationships across the industry.

From there, Peter took on a senior leadership role at Sears Holdings, overseeing the western U.S. portfolio and navigating some of the most complex challenges in big-box real estate. He returned to private advisory work in 2013, continuing to help tenants and landlords rethink their approach to growth, market entry, and long-term positioning.

Based in Bethesda, Maryland, Peter is known for his sharp instincts, steady presence, and ability to see around corners in a shifting retail landscape. He’s also an avid automotive enthusiast with a particular love for all things fast, rare, or beautifully engineered.
