Will Sine is an Associate at Capricorn Retail Advisors, where he supports the firm's retail advisory and brokerage efforts through outreach, market research, and relationship building with retail brands nationwide.

Prior to joining Capricorn, Will was a retail leasing broker at Meridian Capital Group, where he represented both landlords and tenants and gained hands on experience managing deal flow from first outreach through closing. His time there sharpened his ability to source opportunities, guide transactions across the table, and build lasting relationships.
