Retail Travel Series: Jupiter & Palm Beach Retail Hub

Seafood dining with a coastal view in Palm Beach Gardens

Client Development Specialist, Megan Lynch shares some of her favorite retail and dinning discoveries on her family trip to South Flordia.

The Jupiter–Palm Beach corridor is best known for its upscale waterfront aesthetics set against the breathtaking backdrop of the Intracoastal and Atlantic. Here, you’ll find a strong mix of retail and dining, with everything from waterfront restaurants to well-curated shopping destinations. This refreshing blend of coastal leisure and hospitality attracts a steady flow of retail foot traffic from both local and seasonal visitors.

Below are some of my go to spots that reflect the breezy aesthetic that runs through this luxurious retail hub.

Dining

U-Tiki Beach

My go-to Jupiter spot for years, U-Tiki Beach sits directly on the Intracoastal, offering a laid-back, waterfront dining experience that perfectly captures the area’s coastal appeal. The combination of strong views, consistent retail foot traffic from boaters and locals, and an easygoing atmosphere makes it a staple within Jupiter’s dining corridor. The shaka shrimp is a must to start, and the macadamia nut–crusted snapper is always my favorite entrée.

The River House

Located in nearby Palm Beach Gardens, The River House delivers an elevated waterfront dining experience while still leaning into the area’s signature indoor-outdoor lifestyle. I recently celebrated a friend’s birthday here, and the setting alone makes it memorable. The Butter Crab Roll is a standout dish, and the overall experience highlights how hospitality in this market is driven as much by environment as it is by cuisine.

3Natives

I love getting a quick and healthy start to the day at this popular local juice and smoothie spot. With multiple locations throughout the region, including Jupiter and Palm Beach, 3Natives exemplifies how a scaled, wellness-driven concept can perform well in both neighborhood retail centers and coastal markets.

Retail Standouts

Worth Avenue
Steps from the ocean, Worth Avenue is one of Palm Beach’s most iconic retail hubs. Known for its Mediterranean-style architecture and luxury tenant mix, it boasts a highly experiential shopping environment that draws steady retail foot traffic. The unique layout encourages exploration, blending shopping, landscaping, and design for an elevated and memorable experience.

The Gardens Mall
Located in Palm Beach Gardens, The Gardens Mall stands out for its strong mix of luxury and contemporary brands. It serves as a key regional retail hub, drawing shoppers from across the broader Palm Beach market. The architecture also stands out, with a design that leans into the area’s coastal aesthetic.

Blueline Surf & Paddle Co.Closer to the coast in Jupiter, Blueline is a local surf shop that embodies the area’s coastal identity. Located near residential neighborhoods, it benefits from repeat local traffic and a loyal customer base. Despite its distance from Jupiter’s central retail hub, Blueline also attracts seasonal visitors by offering paddleboard and kayak rentals right on the Intracoastal. This is a great example of how smaller-format, lifestyle-driven retail can thrive alongside larger regional shopping destinations.
